Q. How much is shipping and how long will it take to receive my shoes?
Shipping costs and delivery times: Please allow a 48 hr. processing time Monday through Friday

FedEx Ground 10 working days $10.00 for the first pair
$5.00 each additional pair
UPS 3 Day Select 3 working days $20.00 for the first pair
$5.00 each additional pair

thebootlegger.com will ship your order to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands via the US Postal Service with shipping rates starting at around $35.00. We will also ship your order overseas or to Canada, but the shipping costs will vary depending on the country. The receiver must pay any customs tax that may apply. Please contact thebootlegger.com at (800)948-2564 with any iquiry regarding shipping.

Q. Can I return the item if it doesn't fit or if I don't like the color?
You may return any item purchased through thebootlegger.com within 45 days of your purchase, providing it is in resalable condition. We recommend that you wear the shoes inside to insure they fit properly, as we will not accept shoes that have been worn outside. A $5.00 fee will be applied to shoes that are not shipped back in the original box. We do not pay shipping on any returned items. Please return all items to:

Q. My browser keeps saying "No item in shopping cart". What should I do?
